Riley is an experienced agricultural irrigation specialist with a focus on center pivots, wheel line systems, and flood systems. With six years of professional experience and a lifetime of exposure to the field, Riley serves a customer base of 350-400 farmers in Northern Utah and Southern Idaho. Most of these customers operate between one and five pivots, and Riley is dedicated to building strong relationships with them to address their unique challenges.
Riley understands that time, money, and the learning curve associated with pivot systems are significant obstacles for smaller farmers. He emphasizes the importance of a good dealer-customer relationship in overcoming these challenges and is known for his creative problem-solving skills. Riley's dealership primarily carries Zimmatic pivot components and some universal parts, ensuring that farmers have access to the necessary equipment needed to repair their pivots as quickly as possible.
Additionally, Riley recommends Wrangler Ride Over Gates as a great solution for small farmers, providing easy access for either the pivot or the farmer to efficiently manage their irrigation systems.
During the busy season from April to September, Riley works long hours, including some Saturdays, to support his customers. Despite his demanding schedule, he values work-life balance and enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, and visiting their family farm and ranch.
